I’m pretty certain I was overcharged for this service. On top of that the service was completed June 9. The cap fell off June 30. Use this company at your own risk. I will update this review when and if the situation is resolved. Very disappointed.
I never scheduled a service with Five Stars Duct Cleaning, yet somehow, I received an invoice from this company for work I never authorized under their name. I originally booked an appointment with Air Flow Solutions for March 13, 2025, between 1 PM - 4 PM, and they confirmed the time. However, no one showed up or called to reschedule. When a technician finally arrived, he showed up in a blue unmarked van with Florida tags, no company logo on his vehicle or clothing.
