Great service, but I was very shocked by the pricing. Over the phone, I was told the cleaning would be $199, but once he arrived, the price suddenly jumped to $499.99 for a “deeper cleaning.” That should have been explained over the phone so the customer doesn’t feel like they are in an awkward position when they are told in person. Also, there should not be a tip option so of course you’ll feel the need to. Update: our dryer got ruined.

After identifying irregular airflow and the unremovable, musty smell in the house, despite all the cleaning efforts we used to perform, we decided to call them regarding the evaluation of the condition of the duct system. Little did we know how much of a problem a blocked dryer vent could be until our dryer would require several cycles to completely dry clothes and emit a faint smell of burning.
