Great service, but I was very shocked by the pricing. Over the phone, I was told the cleaning would be $199, but once he arrived, the price suddenly jumped to $499.99 for a “deeper cleaning.” That should have been explained over the phone so the customer doesn’t feel like they are in an awkward position when they are told in person. Also, there should not be a tip option so of course you’ll feel the need to.
