If you think that fried chicken should be served hot, don't bother trying this place. I asked them about it and they took my half eaten plate back in the kitchen and poured some sauce over it like it was going to help. 3 stars because the chicken is seasoned better than most places in Hilo, but you'll get better chicken at the gas station. First time eating there awesome , the second time I got kinda sick not food poisoning but it really upset my stomach. And I love the lemon chicken here so hopefully it was a one off incident
So interesting! It's like a food truck/candy store/olde tyme apothecary got blended up. Food is super good and portions are very generous. Staff is super friendly and the chef is both the happiest and cutest chef I've ever seen!

Fresh plates made to order, and big portions! Love this place and the candy selections they have!
