Barbara has a calm and confident nature. When she says, "I can help with that," she does. I have had relief after one session from pain I was experiencing for three months. She definitely understands the mind/body connection and can help and heal you physically and emotionally.

My doctor mostly prescribes drugs, so acupuncture as a treatment is new to me. I have sleep apnea and, because of the equipment used, wake up with incredible pain in my neck at times. On a "community day," I stopped by 5 Seasons Acupuncture and asked if there was any treatment for muscle spasms in my neck that had gone on for days. I expected the answer to be "no," but was surprised when Dr. Grandusky gave a simple nod and said, "Sure!" I hurt my back over 5 years ago pain pills muscle relaxers had surgeons look at when they wanted me to have post and pins and everything else put in my back pain 10 went to pain clinic they did help a little bit with the shots still pain was in the eight range went to Barbara my back is now a four pain range I can do things she helped my knee which I don't have no problems with anymore no pain in my legs are is all gone which is such a relief I'm stopping some of my pills for that now she's working on my vertigo my shoulder ... read more
