Showed up for a cavity filling and the office was locked and dark and no one was there. Very strange because I had gotten a cavity filled just a few months prior and the office was full with staff and patients and it was actually a decent, professional, successful experience. So not sure what happened, if they have gone out of business? Would love to get some answers. The girl in the vet office next door said this has been happening to patients for months now. Kind of creepy. If anyone has answers please reply.
Is this place out of business? I stopped going here in early 2022 because I went in for an appointment of mine and no one was there. A couple weeks ago I received a random bill for $310.00 for unknown services. My insurance has not been notified by 5 Points Dental of these services as of this writing. Since receiving this bill, I’ve tried to call them ~15 times and have physically went to their office twice, yet I’ve still not witnessed any signs of life. Great dental practice! Highly recommend you come here
I know this office is struggling. But this is unacceptable. I tried really hard not to be a Karen, but the lack of any professionalism over and over again suggest the place need to be closed down for awhile. I called for 2 months for a cleaning for my son and I. I also sent emails. No response. This was in May. Then in July!!!!!! I finally get in. Completely unprofessional, cancelled my cleaning just hours before my appointment. I have no doubt that if the cancellation came from my end, I would be charged a no-show fee. Trash business, just trash.
