Dr. Imm and his staff are the best! They were warm, friendly, helpful and reassuring. Anyone who is lucky enough to have Dr. Imm for their dental care is lucky! He takes his time and educates. I felt he actually listened and cared. What an outstanding medical professional!
Do not get an implant from TJ IMM. I've had multiple issues with mine and 4 years later it is fractured in three places. He does not admit fault, will not refund my money, and will not be paying for this second incredibly invasive and expensive oral surgery brought on only by his inability to perform. ZERO STARS.
Had a Molar filled about 15 minutes ago here. Ended up being a lot less grueling than all the sharp objects made it out to be, the only part that could even be called invasive was when they injected that neeve disabling thing into my Jaw.
Overall, I highly recommend this office. Dr. Imm was very thorough and careful, especially in my first visit. This allowed me to consider everything and make what I think is the best plan for my case. He has always explained things clearly and without any time pressure. They have used a camera, that seems to be specific for dentists, to show me very clearly what the problem is, and how they are fixing it. Had my first visit last month for a cleaning and scheduling my appointment was so easy and the front staff were great and so nice. Kate the hygienist was amazing and I had no issues or any sensitivity during or after my cleaning. I appreciate an office that doesn’t push treatment unless it’s absolutely necessary. There are a couple areas that I have that we’re watching where as other dentists said I needed treatment right away. Definitely found my home dentist.
