i usually don't write reviews, but i wanted to share my experience with a carpet cleaning service in carlsbad. i contacted chris to help clean the carpet in an rv that one of our employees uses when staying in town. chris responded quickly, was very friendly, and explained all the cleaning options and prices clearly. he did an amazing job—the entire rv smelled fresh after the cleaning, even though our employee has two dogs. the carpet looked spotless, and the sofa and recliner he cleaned looked almost brand new. i will defin... read more
We had to wait a little while for our rug, but it was definitely worth it. There are a lot of people getting their carpets cleaned here, and now I see why. The cleaning was excellent, and they also repaired the rug’s fringes by hand, taking the time to do it the proper way so the value of our hand-tied rug was preserved. We LOVE our carpet and tile again! 5 Point Carpet Cleaning provided fast, friendly, and excellent service. They cleaned all three of our bedrooms and steam cleaned the foyer tile and grout, which now looks as good as new! I had an unexpected carpet mess in the late afternoon, so I called 5 Point Carpet Cleaning. Axel answered right away and even changed his plans to come help. He arrived quickly and did an amazing job cleaning and steaming the dirt out of my basement carpet. Axel was very professional and friendly. I tried to pay extra because of the great work, but he wouldn’t accept it. Overall, I had an excellent experience and highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning needs in Carlsbad.
When I called about getting the carpets and upholstery cleaned, Axel and Chris in the office were fantastic to work with.
