The first time I had my dog (a Shichon) groomed here I was very happy. The lady that groomed him did a great job, I mentioned needing to board him for an upcoming vacation and she showed me around the facility. I felt comfortable enough to return and have him groomed once again and made the reservation for boarding. The second time a man had groomed him, I had called the owner while he was there and said I wanted his ears cleaned even if it’s extra, as they bother him due to the hair. Liz does an amazing job with my girl Mocha! She always leaves her coat shiny, soft, and smelling amazing after her desheds. You can tell Liz truly cares. Mocha is always so happy and excited to see her. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my baby. Highly recommend 5 Paws if you want your pup pampered by someone who loves what they do!

5 Paws Hotel is the Best place for boarding or day carein Kissimmee. I have been a customer for years and all my furry babies are being here for boarding and grooming. If I don’t bring my cat “Lucy” at least 2 days a week here he is not happy, (grumpy all day at home) He loves the attention that he receives at the spa & office. He enjoys being around all the crew there and for me is a peace of mind that he enjoys to be over there.
