They don’t take pets over 35 pounds, is what I was told. I called and the lady said it wasn’t anything against the breed (sweetest Pitbull ever, definitely not aggressive like most lap dogs). So if you have a dog over 35 pounds, don’t waste your time. I wish they would say that on the website.
