As my mother's caregiver, I recently had a very concerning experience with Five Min Pharmacy following its recent computer system transition. When my mother's pre-packaged medication packets arrived, one of her prescribed medications was missing. A missing medication in pre-packaged packets is a serious patient safety issue, especially for elderly patients who rely on those packets to ensure they are taking the correct medications. Delivery is always delay, making excuses of waiting the payment from RX local, which in fact they can call and follow up the payment before the delivery. RX local app is also hard to get through.
The worst customer service !!!! The business can’t even take the time to answer their own phone callls.
