As a C5 quadriplegic, I originally had a Vicair V6 mattress for almost 20 years. Customer service unhelpful and rude, I have ordered three 5 minds custom pieces from a vendor in edmonton. When the vendor wouldn't service/answer questions I called the company directly. Person who answered the phone snickered at my questions and referred me back to the vendor. When comes time to replace the 2 custom pieces I ordered I'll look at other options before selecting this company again.
