So excited to have found 5 mile smiles specifically on W. Francis St.! Everyone at this office cares. They are there to listen to you. They make sure treatment is not painful, no shaming if you are scared or uncomfortable, just overall a very pleasant experience. Won’t go anywhere else!!
If you struggle with anxiety and/or dental anxiety, I would certainly call 5 Mile Smiles! I have negelcted myself in seeing a dentist for almost 2 decades because of my anxiety and not being able to find an office that i felt comfortable with until I called for an emergency appointment for a broken tooth. My only regret is not coming here sooner. I had a terrible experience with another large dentist in this area performing a root canal on the wrong tooth. I shared my story with this team, and Eva in particular went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and understood what was going on throughout the appointment. The entire team is so thorough, meticulous, and genuinely kind and Dr. Keefe immediately diagnosed and resolved the problem I came in for. Can’t thank yall enough!
Very professional staff, the office is calming. I have had bad experiences with some former dentists in the past, but the people at 5 Mile Smiles put me at ease. I can honestly say that they have earned my loyalty.
