The work provided here is applicable to a range of dificulties, interests and levels of performance: ranging from the high performance athletes, dancers, and performing artists to individuals struggling with with pain, discomfort and restictions in daily function; to name a few.

We had a wonderful experience with Josh at 5 Lines. We went to see Josh after my 7 year old had his cast removed from his broken arm. His arm was noticeably thinner and weaker before going in, but we immediately saw the difference after session 1. Josh was very gentle with our son and immediately set him at ease. He also showed us some stretches to do at home. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at 5 Lines and would recommend it to anyone.

I had the best experience with Lauren at 5 lines. She was warm and very professional. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. At the start of the session, the pain in my neck was unbearable and by the end of the session I could move my neck with minimal pain. The pain eased with each session. I highly recommend 5 lines!
