I was in my vehicle with my newborn baby and NO HEAT! I stopped by right before closing and thy took care of me without hesitation to ensure that we were good. Much appreciation to them and their kindness. Will definitely be returning in the future and I highly recommend them!
RON & MASON are the truth!!!! They know their stuff if they give you a diagnosis IT IS WHAT THEY SAY IT IS i trust them completely RON is always so responsive he is the epitome of a multitasker he do so many things and still leaves you with every question answered and Mason right there making sure you get in and out I love their team oh and they can build a CHEVY FROM THE GROUND UP they specialize in almost everything. You better go to them if you having car trouble.
I had a 9:30 appointment Ron said he told me 9 o'clock Okay he says come back at 11I come back at 10:50. I wait till 12 o'clock to ask what's taking so long. " we got other car were working on, we are waiting for parts, I'm looking for customer keys" If your policy is If customer miss appointment time reschedule for next day. Then do that not tell me to come back in 2hrs and wait a hour past the new set appointment time. Also wasnt willing to compensate on the price for the wait. Ron and his crew at 5 Kings are wonderful. They were accommodating and knowledgeable and extremely responsive. My son has been trying to get his car fixed for weeks and has gotten the run around. Ron was helpful and quick and treated us with kindness and respect. Reasonably priced. Their location is not the easiest to access but they made sure the car was easy to pull out when I came to pick it up. Go see Ron! He'll help you out, I promise.
