I can’t say enough good things about this plumber and the service he provided. He came out on very short notice, which alone was a huge relief, but what really stood out was his professionalism from start to finish. He took the time to listen carefully as I explained the issue and everything I had already tried on my own, and he clearly understood the situation before jumping in. We had a sewage backup into our basement late on a Sunday night. The next morning around 7:30 a.m., I called 5 K Plumbing. My call was answered almost immediately — not sent to voicemail — which was already a great start. Even though they were on their way to another job, they came straight to our house to investigate and try to unclog our main drain. We had a 5 day old newborn and a gas valve leak behind our dryer. He came out on a Sunday so we could get laundry done and feel secure at home again. He keeps to his word, would highly recommend!
