STAY AWAY!!! Never deal with Margo Montaquila or Adam Diamond and if you do, prepare to be scammed! You have been forewarned. I have been living in New York for years and I have met lots of brokers. This agency is by far the worst. They are deceitful, manipulative and disrespectful. Adam Diamond and Margo Montaquila are the worst brokers I have ever met. It's hard enough finding an apartment in New York, do yourselves a favor and go with a trustworthy agency. I wish I had known this before.

Very bad service, very unprofessional – Very unprofessional. When I brought up my concerns of not having a lease right away when I gave them my cashier's check, they were very argumentative with me and defensive. They told me they would send me the lease after I move in! I never had to deal with a landlord that would give me the lease so late, after I gave them all the money.
