The Owners are amazing and take the time to engage and tell you about the meals. I took my wife for her birthday/anniversary and she loved it. We traveled over 2,000 miles to eat here. It was worth it!
We used to love this place, but the portion sizes keep getting smaller while the prices increase. The food is mediocre - other sushi restaurants do it better for half the price. It's not bad, but it just doesn't taste very fresh. I liked the gardener roll the best (no fish - and I love sushi!). You are paying for downtown location and ambiance, and while it is ok, I found the booth we were in very uncomfortable. So good! We had the chef sashimi plate, most flown in from Japan
Sushi was awful, super fishy, and only 1 vegetarian option.
