I had an amazing experience here. They have exceptional customer service, they offer you mimosas and the hot stone massage was incredible. Love love love it! Thank you for making my bday great. And shout out to Mecca, she has magical hands
If you want the ULTIMATE spa experience, come to 5 elements! It is definitely the best that Louisville has to offer. The owner, Anju, is very warm and welcoming, and goes above and beyond for her customers. She really makes you feel appreciated. The staff are highly skilled and very knowledgeable. Ive been here several times, and they never disappoint. I would recommend this Spa to everyone. Mecca and Tina are amazing! Thank you all!
Mecca was an absolute dream!! We visited for Valentine’s Day and from entering the establishment until our departure we were so impressed by the amazing customer service. I will be returning!
I was hands down the best massage I have had!
Mecca was wonderful!! Best 90 min hot stone massage I have ever had! She even wrapped my hair up in a towel, it helped to preserve my natural flat iron for my birthday! Anje was great as well….I got my eyebrows threaded on the house for my birthday! Definitely will be returning here for future services! I love great customer service and just good quality service! Really made my day!
