Very unethical business. They should have a partial payment instead of full payment when scheduling to put your dog down. Probably one of the hardest decisions one has to make, and they will still take advantage of you if they can.
I booked a euthanasia for 3 days away, and my dog passed away 1 hour after I booked it. They wouldn't refund my 400$, what kind of business is that? Give your money to someone else.
Dr. Wendy and Dr. Swanson were wonderful to me and my beloved Doberman during an extremely difficult time. They were prompt in returning my desperate call, recognizing the urgency of the situation as well as my heartbreak. They were professional and kind during their time at my home, treating me and my boy with kindness and respect.
