I can’t say enough amazing things about my hair and makeup team from 5 Diamond Salon! I worked with Jaci for my wedding trial, and she went into great detail about expectations, both my hair and makeup looked gorgeous, and I left feeling so confident. The entire team at 5 Diamond Salon is absolutely the best for weddings! The team of Makayla, Sam, and Courtney did my bridesmaids, mothers, and my own bridal makeup and hair and they were perfect! Incredibly professional and punctual, and truly listened to what everyone wanted and made magic happen! They were so good and so fun to be around! Makayla did my trial hair and makeup as well as my wedding hair and makeup and she truly is incredible. Cannot recommend them enough!
I’m disappointed to say the least. I was very interested in wanting this company for my wedding and so excited. I reached out in January/February about my wedding and was emailing back and forth with. It took about 5-7 days to get a response with each email, but I got a contract and I had some final questions before signing and committing - asked if there was a better way to communicate to get some of the questions answered / going forward if I signed with them for my wedding, but I never got a response. Makayla at 5 Diamond Salon was the most incredible Wedding Hair & Makeup Artist for our special day at Loon Mountain Resort! After my bridal hair & makeup trial, I just knew she was the perfect choice. Not to mention, Samantha was incredibly easy to communicate with & answered all of my questions leading up to the big day.
