Had a great experience with them. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I had called on a Friday, when it was almost 99 degrees. They told me that they didn't have anything open until Monday but would try to work me in. Called back 30 minutes later to say they were on the way. Came out and diagnosed the issue quickly. I needed a recharge. They recharged my unit and got it running again. Price was much better than any other quote I got. I called them at 7am. They were there the same day by 10:30. They fixed my AC the same day with reasonable prices. We will use them again. Thanks guys.

The service team was exceptional! The guys were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Shawn took extra time explaining things to me on the inside of our home, and made sure I had all my questions answered. Chris ensured my outdoor unit was clean and in top-running condition. The communication even when making the appointment for service was excellent, too. I will use 5 County for all of my HVAC needs.

Hands down the best experience! The service manager, Chris, knew exactly what was wrong with my HVAC unit just by my description over the phone. The tech who came out to fix it, Sean, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They even got the part and had my unit back up and running same day! It is clear that everyone there really cares about their customers. I could not recommend a better company!

Chris and his team were very attentive, came out the next day and after some issues with our furnace, fixed the problem. They stayed in contact with us the whole time making sure the system was working properly. Would highly recommend and I’ll use them for sure the next time we have an issue. Thanks guys.
