Took 3 months to get my deposit back. I have traveled the world. Worst ever. Nothing on RV worked. Everyone there is a pathological lier. Too many complaints to list here. Posted 5 page letter on Google photos
Worst experience I've had fixing a motor vehicle. Would highly recommend reading online reviews before booking anything with them (mistake made, and won't ever happen again). We used them as we hadn't winterized our RV properly, and it had some cracks in the pipes. We dropped it off, and I called every couple of days to get an update on estimated costs (which I had asked for before any work was completed). The RV I ended up with was not the one that was agreed on. They only had a bunk model instead of the rear bed. When we made the rental agreement we had stated we had three adult couples. Hard to do that with a bunk bed. It was also full of other problems. The tabs were expired, and they only found out after we said something. Then instead of getting tabs, they got a three day permit, and fudged it for the five days we were renting for. It was not clean. We had to clean before we could consider using it. Disappointed, we should have checked reviews first. We had several calls with this business before the trip, we were promised a brand new 38' 2016 RV with slide outs and a TV, we ended up with a 2003 34' RV with no slide outs and no TV. The water pump is broken, there was a broken window screen that was held together with duct tape. We paid extra for linens and dishes, dishes were dirty and the sheets were very old and worn.
