If you want to wait over 30 minutes for the elevator then this is the perfect condo for you. Elevators are always out of service and the elevators are always needing parts to be fixed. There are 4 high rise elevators and 2 elevators that only go up to the 8th floor. Everyday there is at least one high rise elevator out of service. Elevator is almost always out of service, which is a serious problem, especially for people living on higher floors. Carrying groceries and daily items up and down is very difficult. Utility costs are also very high; our water and electricity bills were about $180 to $250 per month for a 1+den unit, which felt unreasonable for the size. I hate it here! It almost cost me everything I got. The landlords lied to us about the rooms, elevator take a whole hour. Too much rules and regulations like I’m in jail. Parking horrible the building doesn’t even own it. Did I mention the elevators?
