I really appreciate Rich at 5 and Dime for taking the time to go above of what I expected. I was looking to purchase a used car and I’ve been to a few other places before I arrived at 5 and Dime. Rich is an amazing mechanic and explained the inspection process he does on all his cars he has for sale. I would recommend if you’re looking for used car or need repairs.
Rich has been our mechanic on our Audi and our Jaguar for several years. We’ve also bought a couple cars from him for our daughter. You’ll never go wrong with Rich. He’s dependable a great mechanic. Your car will run tiptop and you couldn’t find a nicer guy a family man.
Rich was awesome through the whole process. Transparent with everything, he sent me enough pictures to make me confident and what I was going to purchase. It was a fair price, for a mechanically sound 2007 accord and I drove it almost 3 hours home. It was a great purchase experience and I highly recommend.
Richard is the real deal, very honest and upfront with all the vehicles he sells. Not a pushy sales guy trying to make a quick buck, an honest guy selling quality cars. I will be back for all my servicing!
