Adam said he wouldn’t warranty a light claiming I rolled the truck, then said I crashed the truck, then said I jumped the truck. Was treated like a toddler. Went to the manufacturer and no questions were asked and replaced my taillights under warranty. 4x4truckled’s made up every excuse to not warranty the lights instead of believing me on what actually happened. They claimed that they spoke with the manufacturer which obviously wasn’t true. I have a problem with businesses that are dishonest and don’t have integrity.
KR Off Road Accessories took the guess work and endless search on what to buy … by consulting with the technicians directly. They just don’t sell items but advise you on what would work and look better on your vehicle. My truck can now light up an Adirondack Dirt Road at midnight like a lighthouse shining in the fog. Definitely will be adding more accessories … can never have enough lights.
Couldn’t be happier with the customer service! If you’re looking to upgrade your truck, you’ve came to the right place. These guys are very knowledgeable and guide you in the right direction.
KR Off-Road was absolutely fantastic. They did a great job and were very welcoming. I found them thanks to Facebook. I will definitely go back for more upgrades to my Bronco. They are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.
Customer service was dismissive and unprofessional, making me feel like my business didn’t matter. Communication was curt and lacked any effort to resolve concerns... even called me a scammer for requesting a cancellation. There are plenty of other companies in the off-road and lighting industry that value their customers and treat them with respect — I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
