As others have said - Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Just as other 1-star reviews have said and then dealing with them myself, the pattern is the same: dismissive, unprofessional, and zero interest in fixing anything. And "they" is specifically Adam — who I guess is the owner (so unfortunate) — is the problem. The guy is rude, condescending, and acts like you’re bothering him for expecting basic service. KR is the best. They only offer top line equipment, so you don't have to worry about buying junk from them. Nice people who will give you their time if you have questions. If you are in the area you can stop by for help. Their exclusive products are made here in the USA and are works of art. They were able to furnish a unique product, confirm the application, and drop me a line when it became available. You won't be disappointed when working with KR Off-road!
These guys are great to deal with. They were able to recommend lights for installation behind the grill of my F150. The purchase and installation was quick and seamless, and done with lots of care. The lights really help illuminate the front of the truck.

We had Adam Install two truck covers on our Brand new 2025 ford F-150's. Installation was reasonably priced and makes the trucks look sharp. Everything stays nice and protected with our new covers when moving things in harsh weather conditions. We really are loving our new covers. Thanks Guys! We will be returning in the future for any add-ons to our trucks we may need.
