Ben is the epitome of customer service! So rare in companies today. He helped me with a brand new faulty Rancho shock which I had purchased elsewhere, he organised a rep to inspect and confirm it was faulty and taking delivery of a replacement. I certainly will not be buying components elsewhere in future! Stick to the place that gives you good, old fashioned SERVICE! Thanks again Ben.
Helpful is an understatement, minimum fuss after buying Dobinson all round suspension for my Ford Ranger, great prices and excellent after sales service. A lot of places in my experience lock the door after you buy a product and wipe their hands but these guys have well and truely restored my faith in small business. Top job lads!!!

Had a chat with Ben and the team on the most appropriate setup for my touring wagon, I've now got a comfortable lift that still rides fine down corrugations, but doesn't sway over when going around corners. Goes great on the trails at Glasshouse mountains and Springs 4x4
