Easily the most frustrating company I’ve ever dealt with. They told me a bull bar would arrive within 2 weeks, so I paid for the bar in full. It took 7 months. I called once a month and often they’d never call back and never reply to emails. The bar was always “at the dock in Sydney” or “will arrive any day”. Super friendly on the phone but in reality they are happy to take the money and talk bollocks to try and keep you waiting.
Last minute snorkel fitted - thanks for getting this job completed ahead of outback trip and a couple of water crossings.
Alex and his team went above and beyond to have my rock armour bar and winch Installed in time given a small window to work with. Easy communication. Good old fashioned family business. Clean and tidy install. Recommended.
Alex and his team just installed electric side steps and a slide tray to my new LDV he got the parts in a matter of days from ordering , extremely happy with their service and installation HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM.
Terrible company to deal with. Avoid them! After months of trying to get my faulty fuel tank fixed ( that was made faulty to begin with) they still push it back hoping I'll give up. I don't understand how this company is still running and how they are happy to lie and avoid any accountability. I wish I looked at reviews first and just bought a tank elsewhere. After a year of fighting to get it repaired they finally took it back and repaired it. I still don't trust the product enough to fit it.
