Bought 4th Oct in store Roof Top Tent Mk 3 they offered on the day 10% value gift voucher still not received as of today 15th October. Have rung 6 times, each time a different person, each time a different excuse, had to get approval IT, Accounts, Marketing, etc I now thing this was a big scam to trick me into buying goods from them, think they have no intention of giving me my gift voucher after almost 2 weeks.
