Staff were easy to talk to, they attended to my matter quickly. I overheard a staff member explaining items to a couple who was asking about items in the store. Plenty to see in store.
Deeply disappointed with the customer service at the Mackay store today. I travelled into town specifically this afternoon to collect gear required to set up a hot shower tonight, as I am currently living in a camper trailer. I watched a customer leave the store at 4:56 pm, but when I walked up to open the front door at exactly 4:58 pm, it was already locked tight. Great service overall! We were happy with the assistance we received, but we were a little disappointed that we had to be passed on to another team member. We originally asked for Skye to help us, but unfortunately she was required to stay on the checkout and wasn’t able to assist us personally. We would have really appreciated having Skye look after us, especially as she was the staff member we specifically asked for. Other than that, the service was great and the team were friendly and helpful
