Visited 4wd canningvale today and was super impressed with the customer service. Especially Rodney he went above and beyond to help us today. Will definetly be coming back! Highly recommend
Extremely poor after-sales service from Kings 4WD Supa Centre. Purchased a fridge with a 5-year warranty — failed after 1 year. Warranty claim was rejected with no explanation, no inspection report, and no supporting evidence. Lost expensive food (venison and kangaroo meat) due to repeated failures, yet the store showed zero accountability or effort to resolve the issue. Very disappointing experience. Be cautious if you expect proper warranty support.

How do I contact the Canningvale store. The 1800 number links to Wetherill Park. They close before WA as they are easy coast based. Canningvale is open until 7pm on Thursday. However the 1800 voicemail says I'm calling outside of store hours.
