Well its been almost 6 month since Kings were going to replace the cover for a 4.5, x 3m pergola and nothing. Absolutely nothing. Why put a warrantee claim in when nothing happens. Selling sub standard good is one thing but bad warrantee claims in another. What will be their excuse this time I wonder?
I purchased a 6x3 gazebo and a 3x3 tent. Purposely for quick setups, as advised in store. First 6x3 was damaged so I couldn't use it... on a very hot day. Now, we have just set it up and the tent doesn't go up as easily as described. 3 of us were working on it. Main problem is, the corners don't easily reach the gazebo poles. And the door then doesn't zip up. After a 5hr drive It has been extremely painful to setup and I wish I didn't get it. Its now worth to set up a big tent and have less stress.
