I find it frustrating that I returned a defective item (solar panel) in the 5 Feb 23 and it was confirmed item defective yet they unable to refund at the time. Instead you receive several emails regarding the progress of your claim until finally receive an email stating claim is closed and refund processed. Now told another 3 business days before my money can be refunded. Unbelievable process waiting what will be approximately 18 days to get money back. Certainly wary about any future shopping at this business.
my son bought a fridge freezer two and a half years ago used 10 times and stuffed up when asked about fixing they just kept saying out of warranty nothing we can do you would think they would help considering how much he spends there so now they have lost my business my friends and the rest of my kids which all together is 11 people and a lot of money so dont buy they dont care about you
