Be very wary of using this company, either through ebay or directly. They dont send items out and they dont respond to messages. I ordered parts from them on ebay and waited 11 days and the parts still hadnt even been posted. I contacted them and asked for the items to be posted and got no response, so I put in a claim through ebay for a refund, magically the next day the item was posted, yet still no reply to my message. Good customer service. I ordered parts off their eBay site and didn't realise their warehouse was only 5 minutes away.. so I called and they cancelled my eBay order and let me pick it up the same day instead of waiting for postage. Very accommodating.
They used to be excellent but seem to have been bought out. Their service is now horrible, they have no shame sending faulty items then never responding to messages.
Returned an item by post and never received my money back after being promised I would. I have been trying to get In contact for months now and they do not reply. Very, very disappointing… I would not recommend purchasing anything through them.
Purchased Terrano Glow plugs on Ebay site. When received did query seller about difference to originals but no responce from seller. Fitted OK but all short circuited within 1 month. Again queried seller about warranty and again no responce. Suggest avoid "4wd products" if you may need any help or usual service/assistance.
