These guys have always been super reliable for parts. Great quality, good range of aftermarket options, and fair pricing. But this week they really went above and beyond. My alternator died and my local mechanic couldn’t get one for at least a week. I live five hours from Sydney and don’t have a Land Rover specialist nearby, so I gave these guys a call. I ordered control arm parts for my LR4. Site was great, parts turned up pronto. Boxed up well, parts look quality. I would use 4WDI again.
The products are good. The pricing is good. The people you deal with on the phone are nice...BUT...I have used this business 3 times and each time I have had to ring up 2 -3 days later requesting them to actually send out the parts. The answer is always the same, that parts are in the warehouse and they haven't dispatched them yet. Why? You have the order, you have my money, so why does it take a follow up phone call to actually dispatch the parts?
