Bad customer service
My budtista Alex, it just sounds more lady like to me. But, Alex is great. She provides quality customer care. Very knowledgeable on different strands. If she was my employee. I would diffinatly give her a 2.00 raise ... Why you ask. Because Hardworking employees need recognition and are hard to come by. She has a great personality and very bubbly. Great job on hiring her. Great daily specials but the only problem is they never have what is on their daily specials list. They bait and switch every time! For every 10 times I’ve been there, maybe ONCE they’ve had what is advertised on their daily specials list. For example, today is Sunday and they opened at 10am and when I was there only a couple hours after opening, they didn’t have what was on the specials list. They “ran out”.
