Airbnb review of unit in the apartment complex: Stayed here with hosts Mariah and Hailie. The unit had insane noise issues with trains honking every half hour. I tried to ask nicely for a refund, they refused and I got Airbnb involved. After finally moving out and leaving an objective review, they managed to remove my review from Airbnb. Leaving it here and across any platform if this gets removed again.
This location is great for young professionals who prefer a city lifestyle but don’t want to live smack in the middle of downtown traffic. Plenty of transportation options nearby, 10-15m from the airport. Major sports and entertainment hubs are within walking distance with the mall, The Gateway, and Delta Center all nearby. Great on site amenities (basketball, rooftop gym / pool, sports bar, on site market) and can sometimes find Pick-Up runs with out of town athletes. This is an OK place to live if you enjoy drunk parties on the rooftop every weekend. A bit pricey but offers to take your garbage out for you . The gym is really nice. The dog park is the reason I stay 🩷
As one of the few African American couples, I scan genuinely say this has been one of the least welcoming communities I’ve ever been apart of. We greet the staff on the way in and out and are ignored and tested like a bother.
