The place is beautiful but in my case I lived an act of racism by a resident in this place
I’ve had a wonderful experience with 4th West Apartments so far. The move-in process was smooth and efficient, which made what is usually a stressful transition feel easy and well organized. I’ve lived at the 4th West Apartments since 2019 and it’s been a great place to call home. The property is well cared for and continually reinvests in itself. The amenities and location are unbeatable, and the leasing office and maintenance teams are so helpful. Brooke, the community manager, truly goes above and beyond for the residents.
4th West is a beautiful property! Brianna was absolutely amazing—so informative, kind, and full of great energy. The amenities are resort-style, and the property overall is just incredible.
Had a really solid tour with Brooklyn—she was easy to talk to and answered all our questions without any pressure. The 4th West pool and amenities are nice and definitely a big plus. The location is also super convenient, especially having a grocery store so close. Overall, it seems like a comfortable place to live and worth checking out.
