I damaged the back hatch door of my minivan. The entire hatch door needed to be replaced. They communicated with my insurance in terms of providing a quote, etc. I was told the repair would take four days but they only had to keep my minivan on Mon, Tue, and Wed for repair. I received a text on Thursday morning letting me know it was ready. Another nice surprise is they saved me $100 off of my $500 deductible.
