One of my springs broke on my garage door. Eric came out the same day to check what he would need to fix the door and came back the next day and completed the job. He not only replaced the the spring that broke, but also the other spring and the track wheels. He secured the tracking and reassembled the pulley system (all of which were previously set up incorrectly). He was fast, efficient, and professional. I can’t begin to thank Eric for his work on my garage today. Called on Saturday and was at my house in a flash. Not only did he fix all my issues, he taught me what I did wrong trying to fix it, and I learned something . I’m thankful, and I would recommend him to anyone needing garage door repair. What a pleasant experience we had with 4th Generation Doors. Within hours of contacting the company, Eric accessed the problem had the new garage door opener installed. I would definitely recommend this company over any in Tri-State area! And this service call was in horrendous icy conditions! Thank you, Eric

I have used 4th Generation a couple of times now and on each occasion, they responded immediately, were friendly, and were more than fair. Wouldn’t use anyone else!
