Installed universal EV charger in garage: team arrived on time and completed work efficiently. Also carved out a few minutes to install a new GFCI outdoor outlet and restore power to some backyard lighting. Reasonable pricing. In sum, wouldn't hesitate to contract with 4th Gen on future projects.
I'm done working with this company. They have done decent work on my house but are terrible with generators. I have paid them every year for generator maintenance and my standby generator never turns on when the power is out. Even when they send a tech to repair, I get a bill for ~$400 and the next time the power is out the generator doesn't turn on. The last time the power went out, the repair tech was there days beforehand but never bothered to check to make sure it was actually working before leaving. I called and complai... read more
The 4th Generation employees are terrific. Really appreciated their efforts to trouble shoot our generator. Fourth Generation has always been responsive and follows through with every request. So glad we found them!
