Update: Just wanted to update our original review by saying that we've had no issues since and that's amazing! Also, we just had a major spring melt and our sump pump decided to pack it in! Shane and 4th Gen plumbing to the rescue ...again!! Shane showed up same day and had us set up with a new pump. We had tried to get other plumbers to come to Deep River. Either we got no response or was told it would take 2 weeks before a plumber was available. Called 4th Gen Plumbing 4:30 on Wed. afternoon and Shane was here in less than 2 hours. He replaced the defective valve, checked out other areas of concern and offered good advice. Very knowledgeable and personable. Would highly recommend him.

Absolutely amazing service, had a toilet issue and they were here so fast and got the problem fixed and also rectified an issue caused by someone else who claimed to be a plumber. Always go with the professionals. Thanks again!
