Brought my desktop in due to Windows crashing repeatedly. I requested a deep scan of my drives and system in order to find out what could be the cause of my constant crashes. I dropped it off and a week later I was greeted with the results. Nothing of significance was found, but I was informed of "slowing sectors" in my SSD drives. I opted to have the SSDs labeled so I can identify them physically and have both NVME drives replaced with two 1TB options. I have 4 meetings scheduled for today and when I booted up my laptop, I could not get it to fully boot up. I tried everything to no avail. I drove straight to 4th Dimension and they fixed it within seconds. Granted, it was a lucky fix and tech admitted that but he fixed it and generously did not charge me for the expertise. I bought this laptop here a few years ago and quite frankly, it was the fourth machine bought over the years. Today simply served as a reminder to how good they are on every level. JP

The internet says these guys buy parts but they dont. They fail to mention they only buy windows 11 computers. So they let me wipe my computer knowing there was a chance they werent even going to concider looking at it. This place seems to be only good for installing anti-virus software and not much else.
