The engineer was amazing and looked at everything with a up to date and solid view I will be insuring with the same company again that's for sure
Complete joke endless deadlines missed again and again. Had my motorcycle for months for some insurance work when the local Ducati dealership told me its a 2 week wait for the parts only, these guys took months to get my parts. Avoid if you value time and honesty this is not the place for any clarity. Highly disappointed
When I sent emails they would be replied to reasonably quickly. And over the phone was explained very well. 5 star due to the speed the claim was turned around, only aspect that could be improved apon would be the updates as didn’t receive many. But when I called up they were very clear
Be cautious when dealing with 4th Dimension. My experience with them was extremely poor – unprofessional communication, missed deadlines, and a general lack of reliability throughout the project. What’s worse, when issues were raised, they were either dismissed or completely ignored. Also, something worth noting: it appears they may be operating under a second company with a nearly identical name, possibly to leave or funnel positive reviews to boost their overall reputation.
