We got our solar installed back in 2021. The process was fine. I started having issues with the micro inverters not reporting to the gateway except for 1 panel about 10 months ago or so. Since then I tried calling the number on their website, their number listed on google, and another number that was given to me by one of their former employees that made the assessment when we purchased solar from them and none of them answered or called back. I have been calling 4th Day Energy for about 2 months now trying to get them to come out and do a warranty repair. when they answer their phone the do say they will send some one out.. but never provide a date as to when... and then they never send anyone... more recently all my calls goto voice mail
Great experience with this company from start to finish. We didn't feel any pressure while we were getting the estimate, and were transparent with everything throughout the whole process. The installation process was done in a timely manner by a polite crew. The owner even came by to check the work. Highly recommended.
The installers did a good job installing the panels. They were out here a couple years ago to install a 7.8kw system and it worked great but we needed more. We got more panels installed on my shop. Being a firefighter, half way through the install I had to leave due to an emergency. I was able to get back when there were packing up. They threw a bunch of cardboard in the back of the truck and it set off there sawzall. I noticed that is what the noise was and held the cardboard so the could shut it off.
