This is a huge step or Cecil county as many fight the war with big tobacco. We all need to vape as a way to give tobacco comps the finger and 4 ten did just that. Thanks
The owner Andrew is a stand up guy. I met him through the local vape community recently. He cares about his product and the vaping community. I recommend if you are in the Elkton, MD area, that you stop in and check this place out.
