Mateo did a fantastic job installing our new heat pump and air handler. He was very careful around our floors and work areas so nothing got dirty or tracked through the house. He took extra time to walk me through the thermostat settings, airflow options, and how the system runs in both cooling and heating mode. The manual was a little confusing, but he explained everything in simple terms so i felt comfortable using it every day. This is the 3rd, 4th, maybe even 5th time they have come through for me. This morning my furnace system suddenly stopped working and i was stressing about getting the heat and airflow back to normal. A quick call had antonio and mateo at my home in about an hour. They checked the unit, explained the problem clearly, and let me know a furnace repair and part replacement were needed.
