Andre the Technician came by today, to fixed my unit. The heat was not working, within a couple on minutes he found the problem, solved the issues. He took me through the step by step procees, and what happened. Polite, turn the heat on and off couple of times, to make sure,it working before he left. Great service and interaction.
It was very good. Everything was cleaned up and no mess.
Kireem did the heat pump cleaning in our condo and was extremely thorough. Super impressed by his customer service.
