Terrible customer service and rude personnel!
$100 down the drain. Acrylics and tips fell off after 3 days. So much for spoiling myself
First visit. I had to point out to the tech that she sliced the skin off of my toe and I was bleeding. Charged $40 and I left limping.
Went to get nails done before vacation, there were 3 of us and we spent over $300. Immediately when we walked in, the tech, Anna, doing my pedicure was extremely rude and acted like she didn’t want to touch my feet. Kept nudging the tech next to her to look over at them, and eventually yanked a hang nail causing it to bleed. I understand this happens, I’ve been getting my nails done for 25+ years (not here and never again will our money be spent here), however, no apology or asking if I was okay after it obviously hurt. My nail artist Anna is absolutely amazing. She always brings all my nail ideas to life and knows exactly what I want even when I don’t tell her. Everyone else I’ve gone to anywhere else my nails have broken and chipped. Not here! They also have so many color options and so many sparkle choices!
