I decided to give this place one more try after thinking my last visit was maybe a one off. It was worse this time. I stopped in and asked for a pedicure. 5 employees were sitting in there on their phones. One begrudgingly got up to "help". Water was cold, she kept turning my massage chair off, and barely touched my feet. She didn't ask which pedi I wanted (I usually get one of the top). She clearly did not want to work. Great work! My nails always look wonderful. I receive numerous compliments on my nails. My nails look perfect because of 4S Nail Studio.
This is the best place I've ever gotten my nails done. Super friendly and funny staff! The whole salon has great energy and great staff I will definitely come back anytime I come to Des Moines!
Always get the best nail service when I come. I’m a fairly frequent flyer. At least I try to be! Always such good vibes when I come in. each nail artist is very accommodating and inviting. Without an appointment if you call a head they do their best to fit you in. Which is amazing considering a lot of us live busy lives and can’t always make an appointment for weeks out in advance .
