Service is always great here. They always take great care of our 20-year-old Lawn tractor, and always give us a great deal on parts and labor.
The parts desk was absolutely horrible to me. I had ordered parts online and when I called to check the status of my order they said the order hadn't even been placed yet! They proceeded to tell me it was my fault and that I had to pay for the parts first(online it said pay when I pick up). Even if I was supposed to pay first why wouldn't they call to tell me that?!
