We hired 4Pt Punchlist to assist with an 18 year old permit that was never closed. Stephanie and the girls were very knowledgeable and helpful with the process. If you need a company to help with any household projects I would highly recommend them.
These people are not worth your time. My house flooded and I came to them to get signed and sealed plans, per the recommendation of another property engineer and these guys wasted *2 months* of my time and in the end I never did get those signed and sealed plans, I just found another property engineer. They're unresponsive and petty. Unorganized and unhelpful. I genuinely do not recommend
