Terrible customer service!!!! I tried to Create an account so I could cancel my order. Their website has no sheet for this. I then emailed twice with my info and order number. No response. ( I was told later they were backed up answering emails, not my fault). I then went to their Chest. They asked me for all my pertinent information and after wait. We ordered a 2500 and 4 expansion batteries... 2 of them would not charge... Sent the two back to 4Patriots in the box provided... Received only 1 battery back which looked either used or reconditioned...WHICH ALSO WOULD NOT ACCEPT A CHARGE...AND... They did not send the connector, the charger, the cable and the case which should come with the unit... and as of this date, we only have 2 of the 4 expansion batteries we paid for in MAY operational... I have the 1200 watt it is just like they say I love it so much I ordered the 2500w the people are friendly on the phones and can answer any questions you need if I could give it more stars I would. The best thing about the whole product is unlike the gas generators that are big and bulky these are very compact and light and you literally can keep it running inside right next to you buy it guys youl love it
Sent unsolicited water filters to our address with a fake name. I wasted time thinking it was real. After contacting them, I realized from their response they they are sending these out in hopes of selling the filter machine itself.
