I have the 1200 watt it is just like they say I love it so much I ordered the 2500w the people are friendly on the phones and can answer any questions you need if I could give it more stars I would. The best thing about the whole product is unlike the gas generators that are big and bulky these are very compact and light and you literally can keep it running inside right next to you buy it guys youl love it

Sent unsolicited water filters to our address with a fake name. I wasted time thinking it was real. After contacting them, I realized from their response they they are sending these out in hopes of selling the filter machine itself.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They will take your money in exchange for ‘survival food’ that is supposed to have a 25 year shelf life. It is poorly packaged and not in airtight bags. Upon arrival everything seems fine but when you open the black plastic tub the food bags arrive in two year later, there are all kinds of critters. I have kept the plastic tub in a cool dark location under my bed. Good thing I checked on the items when I did. I would hate to find them in this condition in an emergency.
