I wish to write this review not only as a patriot but also a Veteran. I ordered a 2 for 1 generator deal on 9 Sep 2026 thru the Facebook ad for $1700.00 but did not revieve my full order, I recieved the mini but my main part never came in, No one called, i have texted, emailed, and on numerous occaisons called , just to sit for hours on the phone. I am Highly Dissappointed in this service and it is a shame as a custermor and Veteran to be treated like this. So I will not be going back, Please be Aware
I ordered the 3 month survival food, it came with 2 free months on top of that. The order was pretty screwed up. The AI customer service bot was not very helpful. However, the human customer service Kenneth and Ailene were exceptional and within 10 days I had all the food I was missing and told to just keep the wrong pouches as well. Fast shipping and fast, friendly customer service. I definitely feel better being a little more prepped considering all the turmoil in the world we live in. Thank you 4 patriots.

I have ordered over $8000 worth of gear and survival food. No issues at all. I ordered the Blackout Buddy (3 in all) and none of them worked. I exchange emails with Customer Service and talked through some troubleshooting steps with a really nice tech...nothing worked. I returned the original 3 and accepted their offer to try a 4th one.
