I had placed an order for printer cartridges but noticed that my old address was on the order even though I had changed it in my 4inkjets account. I called the customer service phone number and was able to connect with a live person immediately (a rarity these days). The customer service agent, Roxy was able to cancel the order with the old address and re-place it with a new order under my current address. I love 4inkjets. They have been providing me with very low cost ink for my Brother printer for about 15 years. Service is fast and efficient and I save soooo much money getting my ink from them. On the 2 occasions when I had to call customer service they were completely helpful. Today Jan from customer service helped me with an ink cartridge that didn't fit in my printer. She got me a refund and was very courteous.Thank you, Jan!
