Great customer service. After reporting a problem to them, they immediately took action and the problem was fixed. I couldn't have asked for more.
I was having difficulty with my printer recognizing replacement ink cartridge. Mark was very patient and gave good instructions for me to follow and we together got ink cartridge to work. Plus guarantee provided me with a free replacement cartridge. Thanks Mark and 4inkjets!
