Lydia was very helpful. The HP compatible cartidges that I ordered were rendered non-compatible by a firmware update. Lydia arranged to send a replacement set at no cost to get me up and running. She was very helpful and courteous. Thanks 4Inkjets!
I have been using 4inkjets for a long time. It is remarkable the difference in cost and the savings over buying the name brands. I today in learned that HP had done a download to prevent the 4inkjets cartridgesfrom working. MJ in customer service quickly reviewed the situation and will be sending the replacements. That is what keeps customers coming back.
LYDIA is Wonderful. I have been doing business with 4inkjet since January 2010 and I have never received a bad product until this last order and the one of the two drums I ordered was bad. It put a black line down the side of paper which ever side the drum cleaner was on. I called support and told them what was happening. Lydia asked me to replace the drum (because I had replaced both the drum and toner) and no more line. Lydia put in a replacement order for a new drum without me even asking. I was so impress.
Good product and good price.
Jinky assured me that purchasing the toner cartridge from 4inkjets was the smart way to go. She was friendly and informative, and very patient with my inability to hear well. Please tell her thank you!
